7 Days To Go And A Few Dollars Short

My son Andrew is getting ready to take the trip of a lifetime. He is going to a Boy Scout High Adventure Camp. The Northern Tier/Boundary Waters on the Minnesota/Canadian border with his Boy Scout Troop.

 

They will canoe and backpack the back country for 8 days, going over 75 miles via canoe. Andrew has been raising the $1700 plus gear and expenses for almost one year. He’s sold discount cards door to door, mowed yards, cleaned out closets, helped his sister pet sit and now he’s selling his drum set.
They leave in just 7 days from today and Andrew still needs some gear.  So, I’m doing something that he has no idea I’m doing.
Would you make a donation to his trip? You have three choices $10, $20 or $50. I’d like to tell you the contribution is tax deductible, but it’s not. To date, he has raised over $2,000 for this trip and summer camp all through selling and working.  He needs another $200 for some additional gear, so anything you can contribute would be great.
Maybe this will rub you the wrong way, or maybe this will tug at your heart. Either way, whatever you can do is great, even if it’s nothing at all.
