This Government Chart is a little misleading.
That 1520 number includes DUPLICATE reports….are they just trying to scare us?
This only shows an early peak and a possibly high number for the last 10 years. Technology has only recently allowed us to somewhat effectively gather and report this info let alone predict a tornado or earthquake.
We are looking at 10 years here….can I assume that we have not yet recovered the weather data from the black box on the ark?
In other words…
1) We have NO CLUE how many tornadoes there were in 1908, 1808, 1708, 508, 408, or 208 B.C.
2) We as humans are arrogant to think that we have the power to affect this world to such a great extent let alone to think we have the power to change it!!
